Celebrating 50 years in business on November 1, 2008, CVL started as a small engineering company with a staff of five that focused on irrigation and mining engineering. Together, Percy Coe and Bill Van Loo founded this firm in 1958 in Yuma, Arizona. Now, with offices in Phoenix, Denver, and Las Vegas, CVL has established a reputation as a leader in the industry and continues to build many long-lasting relationships within the community.
