MILITARY PERSONNEL AND DEPENDENTS Active-duty military, guard and reserve personnel and their dependents stationed in Arizona are classified as in-state residents for the purpose of tuition. A military ID card is to be presented to verify active military or active military dependent status. For further information or assistance, contact the Admissions Office. Retired military personnel have to meet in-state residency requirements, as outlined at www.cochise.edu/residency.
