CASH BACK: $187 MILLION BACK TO MEMBERS SINCE 2013 As a not-for-profit cooperative, Cobb EMC has lowered bills 38 times since 2013 and returned more than $187 million to our members through Power Cost Adjustments (PCAs) and capital credits. In the past 12 years, members have received $83.4 million in PCA credits, an average savings of $312 annually for those using 1,000 kWh per month. Most recently, we gave back $7.8 million in July in PCA credits, saving the average member $20 on their July bill.* *If you are taking advantage of our Even Bill rate, PCA credits will not appear as a line item on your bill. PCA credits are calculated into the Even Bill rate and are included at the time of Even Bill recalculation.
