Cobb EMC is proud to hold the title of #1 lowest rates in Georgia for the fourth year in a row among all 41 EMCs, according to the Georgia Public Service Commission’s 2023-2026 summer residential rate surveys. With bills averaging $40 less than the state average, members save about $480 annually.

From awarding more than $1.18 million in scholarships to high school seniors to packing 1,000 breakfast and lunch kits for students in support of MUST ministries’ Summer Lunch Program, we keep our community at the heart of what we do.
MONEY BACK IN YOUR POCKET
In July, we gave back $2.6 million to our members through a Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) credit. Since 2013, we have returned $86 million back to members through PCA credits. In addition, Cobb EMC has given back $74.6 million to our members in the form of Capital Credits since 2013.
