GATHER AT ALYSSA’S & ALYSSA’S SOUTH

Seamlessly intertwining contemporary design with traditional southern warmth, the Alyssa’s Campus is an enchanting experience. The newest addition, as of July 2023, is the stunning wedding and event venue, Alyssa’s South. While their new venue holds Alyssa’s signature touch, its expansive design opens the door to boundless creative possibilities, inviting couples to weave their unique narratives into the event space.

HIDDEN HISTORY:

Nestled in Pace, Florida, Alyssa’s has evolved and flourished since its opening in 2003. The campus consists of three home stores and two venues, the first venue being Gather at Alyssa’s. “Our main focus has always been being part of the community,” owner Alyssa joyfully recounts, “I really love seeing the smiles of customers and guests when they come into our stores. And so, when we had the opportunity to purchase the building and transform it into Gather, it just opened up the thought of where people can actually gather. It wasn’t about shopping, but it was more about making memories.“ 2023 has been an exciting year for the business celebrating its 20 year anniversary along with the opening of Alyssa’s South.

THE VIBE:

Alyssa’s South is located directly two minutes south from Alyssa’s campus, hence the venue’s name. The rustic iron gates and lush outdoor patio fascinates curiosity upon arrival and stepping inside exceeds expectations. The entrance room is a bar area adorned with rich, warm tones and crafted with intricate woodwork. Each surrounding room is different and the attention to detail of the interior design is delightfully apparent.

WHAT WE LOVE THE MOST:

Spacious! The maximum guests at Alyssa’s South is 350, making it their largest venue at 8500 sf plus the 1300 sf patio. The best part: the venue has tall roll up doors that connect the largest room to the patio, bathing the indoors with natural light.

Community! The venue’s design shows Alyssa’s love and appreciation for the community. While the venue contains modern features, Alyssa’s South incorporates the local history and natural beauty of Pace, Florida. For those that live in the area, it truly feels like home! Customizable! Many options are offered for the venue allowing couples to choose between simply the venue rental or a signature designed event.

The customizable options tie into the venue’s goal of versatility. The venue on its own has an incredible amount of character, making it easy to add in your personal elements to create the unique aesthetic you have in mind. Alyssa states, “Some of the brides are the most creative people in the universe, some things you would never have imagined. But at the end of the day, it ends up looking like wow that looks so good!”
