Ḷ ⍒⌓ዝƗ⌦⎳/⍒⎀ዝ Pℽ⎴˸Ɨ (bar over final Ɨ), cross-crosslet / Ḷ ℽ⌘⌘⍒ ⎀⌓ҟ m⌓⎀ü, cross botonnée. Chick 243b (this coin); SCBI –; BMC –; North –; SCBC 884. Good VF, very light porosity. Possibly struck after Aethelheard’s election as Archbishop in late 792 but before his consecration in 793.

Struck circa 797/8-805. ⍒⌓ዝ Ɨ⌦/H ⌓⍒⎀ ዝ ⍒⎀ around pelleted circle, with cruciform arms, containing barred ⌓P / Ḱ ùɭ ⌓⎴⎍ ⌦⌘ ⎀⌓ ҟ/M ⎍ / in two lines around the angles of a two-lined tribrach moline. Cf. Struck circa 810-822/3. ม єє⌦⌘⎀⌓ዝƗ ⍒⎀üHƗ⌓PƗӲüɭP=, tonsured bust facing / ม Ӳ⍒⌓B⌓⎀Hͻ mɭ⎴⌓ͻ¥, Dorobernia Civitas monogram. Naismith C46.1f = EMC 2010.0149 = Coin Register 2011, A.144 (this coin); cf. Struck circa 823-832. ม єє⌦ ⌘⎀⌓ዝ, tonsured bust facing, extending to outer edge / ม Ӳ/¥/⌓B⌓⎀Hͻ, cross pattée. Cf. Naismith C67.2a (for obv. type); SCBI –; BMC –; EMC 2015.0140 = PAS BH-24D8C4 = Coin Register 2015, 91 (this coin); North –; cf. SCBC 891–2 (for obv.). VF, a little soft on obverse, minor edge knock.
