Sabadell United Bank hosts NFL legend Dick Anderson NFLsuperstar alumni Dick Anderson, who not only made a name for himself in football, but also as a businessman and Florida State Senator, recently visited with the Aventura Marketing Council Board of Directors at Sabadell United Bank. Anderson, who co-chairs the Sun Life Stadium Sub-Committee to provide recommendations on stadium improvements and upcoming Super Bowls, discussed the options this community has to bring back a major event such as the Super Bowl which results in an economic boon of millions of dollars as well as "priceless" media exposure to the world. "It was a great honor to host Dick Anderson in my bank," said Jeffrey Levinson, Senior Vice President of Sabadell United Bank Aventura. "He is certainly one of the luminaries in the sports world and he continues to give back to his community in so many ways."

Scott Fishman and Dawn Levy ready to 'tie the knot' Attorney Scott Fishman who recently opened Fishman Dispute Resolutions, a civil alternative dispute resolution firm, proudly introduced his fiancĂŠe, Dawn Levy, to his fellow members of the Aventura Marketing Council at an evening networking reception. A round of congratulations was extended to the beaming couple as they discussed their plans for an April, 2011 wedding.

Janet Harrison to audition for Hollywood movies Twelve-year old Janet Harrison, daughter of Aventura Police Dept. employee Sonia M. Harrison, recently was among a select few young ladies awarded a one-year modeling contract with Model Productions Management after competing in the 2010 American Mall Model Search. The first audition for all the contract winners will include the movie products of Bad Boys 3 starring Will Smith and Hanna Montana (Final Season).
