Welcome As we all eagerly look ahead to 2021, I’ve also been reflecting on 2020. I think most agree it tipped the scales to be among the most challenging years ever: too many lives lost, livelihoods and businesses closed, plans canceled and daily lives turned upside down. It could have easily divided us. What it did instead is unite us. Our community pulled together as challenge after challenge rolled our way, yet everyone adapted and rode wave after wave. I like to think it’s our mission at work. We help people enjoy life at its best, at its worst, and focus on the moments to be grateful for. It’s about human connection. When it can’t be done in person, our Advisors are doing an incredible job helping people connect virtually. They have been planning spectacular virtual crops with record attendance, and it’s meant thousands of new people have been joining CM to immerse themselves in the joy of scrapbooking. In 2021, my hope is that we keep this incredible spirit of positivity and connection going, as we look forward to seeing everyone in person again!
