At CHFA, we are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint by partnering with organizations to drive sustainable initiatives and align with our values.

Vancouver Convention Centre (VCC)

The VCC is the world’s first double LEED ® Platinum certified convention centre.

Located steps away from the Vancouver waterfront area and close to nature, the facility is very mindful of their impact on the environment. They embrace the latest green technologies, and adopt sustainable practices that are core to their daily operations.

EXAMPLES OF THEIR INITIATIVES:

` Their six-acre living roof features 400,000+ indigenous plants and grasses designed to act as an excellent insulator, reducing heat gain/loss.

` A restored marine habitat is built into the foundation of the building, improving sea life and water quality.

` A black water treatment plant recycles grey and black water that is used in their washrooms for toilet flushing and for rooftop irrigation.

` Local BC wood products from sustainably-managed forests are used throughout the facility.

In 2024, our exhibitors donated enough food and samples to fill a 15-ft truck and a minivan—all going to support YWCA and A Loving Spoonful to fight food insecurity and food waste!

If you’re sick stay home. We’ll have lots of content post show, so you’ll feel like you haven’t missed a thing.

What does my registration include?

You have access to almost all the conference sessions on Friday, April 25 and full access to the trade show on Saturday and Sunday. Additional fees apply to certain sessions, which are indicated on the schedule.

Where is the show held and how can I get there?

CHFA NOW is held at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building, located at 1055 Canada Place. Access is available by foot, car, or public transit (walking distance from the Waterfront Station Northbound). For directions to the VCC West building, call 1 866 785-8232 or click here. Who can attend the show?

CHFA NOW is a trade only event open to individuals working in the natural health, wellness, specialty food and organic industries.

CHFA trade shows are not open to the general public. All attendees will be required to provide proof that their company is involved in the industry. Acceptable proof includes, but are not limited to, a business license, business card, pay stub with photo ID, or health care accreditation. Refer to our Policies for more information.

How do I register?

Online registration closed on April 4 for non-CHFA members. CHFA members can register online until April 24. Non-members can register onsite from April 25 to 27.

On-site Registration and Badge Pick-up Hours

Location: Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building – Level 1

• Friday, April 25 – 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Saturday, April 26 – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday, April 27 – 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Photo ID and proof of employment in the industry is required. Refer to our Policies for acceptable proof.

What do I need to bring if I already registered?

Badge: Badges are non-transferable and must be visible at all times. If you received your badge in the mail, please bring it with you. If it wasn’t mailed to you, print it at home or print it onsite at the selfserve kiosk.

Photo ID: Bring photo ID to pick up your badge holder. Your ID must match the name on your badge.

When is the CHFA Regulatory Forum?

Starting this year, the CHFA Regulatory Forum will stand alone as a dedicated experience in our nation’s capital—Ottawa, ON. This event will take place outside of CHFA NOW and will be hosted on May 27 & 28, 2025.

When is the CHFA Industry Achievement Awards?

We’re thrilled to announce that the CHFA Industry Achievement Awards will now be an annual event, hosted at CHFA NOW Toronto. The once-a-year event will be a larger celebration where we can truly recognize outstanding members, celebrate the industry, enhance the prestige of these awards, and generate even greater media buzz.

Can I bring a wheeled cart/luggage?

Wheeled carts (including luggage) are not permitted on the show floor. A coat check area located at the exhibit hall lobby is free of charge for attendees to store it while visiting the show.

Is there a nursing/family room for me to feed and change my baby?

There are dedicated family/universal rooms located by the washrooms on the exhibit floor lobby and exhibit trade show floor for you to nurse and change your baby privately and safely. There is also a dedicated nursing room on level 100 in front of Ballroom A where milk warming is available. Guest services are available to assist you in accessing the nursing room, please call 604-647-7299.

If I require accessibility needs or medical exemptions, can this be accommodated?

The Vancouver Convention Centre is designed to be an accessible facility, including open spaces, ramps and elevators, and wheelchair-accessible stalls and restrooms throughout the venue. Complimentary wheelchair services and TTY-payphones are also available to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. If you require any additional medical-related exemptions or accommodations to attend CHFA NOW, please contact events@chfa.ca
