WHERE IS THE SHOW HELD AND HOW CAN I GET THERE?

CHFA NOW Toronto is held at Exhibition Place, Toronto. Our conference and trade show take place at the following locations within Exhibition Place:

WHO CAN ATTEND THE SHOW?

CHFA NOW is a trade-only event open to individuals working in the natural health, wellness, specialty food and organic industries. CHFA NOW trade shows are not open to the general public. All attendees will be required to provide proof that their company is involved in the industry. Acceptable proof includes, but is not limited to, a business license, business card, pay stub with photo ID, or health care accreditation. Refer to our Policies for more information.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Online registration closed on August 29 for non-CHFA members. CHFA members can register online until September 18, 2025. Non-members and members can register onsite from September 19 – September 21, 2025. Please note, media cannot register onsite and must be pre-approved before the event.

Photo ID and proof of employment in the industry are required. Refer to our Policies for acceptable proof.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING IF I ALREADY REGISTERED?

Badge: Badges are non-transferable and must be visible at all times. If you received your badge in the mail, please remember to bring it with you to the show. If it wasn’t mailed to you, you can print it at home or onsite at the selfserve kiosk.

Photo ID: Bring photo ID to pick up your badge holder. Your ID must match the name on your badge.

IS THERE A PARCEL SERVICE AT THE SHOW FOR ME TO SHIP MY SAMPLES?

Samples are part of the show’s magic, and we understand that a reliable, cost-effective way to ship them back to your store is an integral part of your CHFA NOW experience. Unfortunately, we do not have a shipping partner for CHFA NOW this year due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are looking to ship your products, we have a list of local parcel offices along with their store hours for you to reference here

WHEN IS THE CHFA REGULATORY FORUM?

Starting in 2025, the CHFA Regulatory Forum will stand alone as a dedicated experience in our nation’s capital— Ottawa, ON. Following our 2025 Ottawa Regulatory Forum success, the 2026 CHFA Ottawa Regulatory Forum takes place May 26 & 27, 2026 at The Westin. Registration is now open. Book early to save!

CAN I BRING A WHEELED CART/LUGGAGE?

Wheeled carts (including luggage) are not permitted on the show floor. A complimentary coat check is available for attendees while visiting the show.

IS THERE A NURSING/FAMILY ROOM FOR ME TO FEED AND CHANGE MY BABY?

Yes. There are dedicated family/universal rooms located on the show floor and available near Entrance Hall C at the Enercare Centre, as well as on the main floor of the Beanfield Centre (Automotive Building). These rooms are clearly marked on our show maps.
