Author and renowned sommelier Anthony Giglio and Blackberry Farm sommelier Andy Chabot, a seven-time James Beard Award nominee, will pull the very best wines from the Blackberry Farm cellar, many never available to their own guests. Nicolas began his celebrated career in Volnay at his family’s domaine, and now heads what many consider to be the haute-couture negociant house in Burgundy, Maison Roche de Bellene. Nicolas will personally lead us through the very best appellations and cuvées of Burgundy as only an expert with insider access can do, and we’re thrilled to have him showcase the very best of the region for us.
