me in more ways than I thought possible. Since kindergarten, I attended Saturday Polish classes at School 13, improving my reading, writing and speaking skills.” Although Dul has not settled on a career choice yet, she says she hopes to volunteer at St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic to get experience in the medical field.

Health Care that Revolves Around You...

A National Model for Care Coordination Immedicenter is now a Patient-Centered Medical Home, or PCMH. To achieve this national recognition, we met a number of standards, including having a dedicated team of care coordinators pictured below. Along with our medical providers, they will help make sure you get the care you Dr. Michael Basista, Immedicenter Medical Director need, at the right time and place. This leads to safer, higher quality of care, more empowered patients and a renewed relationship between physician and patient. We are proud of our national recognition and welcome the opportunity to get to tell you more about PCMH during your next visit.

“I am also taking a journalism class at CHS to get a taste for a career in writing, and keeping my options open. I have not made up my mind on college yet.” Dul has the kind of schedule any adult might have a really hard time keeping up with. Besides going to school with a heavy course load and dedicating time to the student council, Dul has been working as a waitress since she was 16. She’s worked at the Royal Manor in Garfield, The Victorian in Elmwood Park and at Houlihan’s in Fairfield. “My parents have always taught me how important work is, and they inspire me everyday to work hard for everything that I want.” “My family has always taught me to hear people out and see the best in everyone. My friends have taught me that every moment in life is cherished, and every single memory we are making now will forever be in our hearts. They have taught me loyalty and honesty, something I never want to lose sight of.” Dul hopes that as the student head of the Class of 2014, she will help forge the next ten months as unforgettable. “I am grateful for having the honor to say I am class president and I cannot ask for better classmates to share this year with.” She continued: “As a leader in the CHS community, with everyone's best intentions in mind, I am ready to accept the challenges that lie ahead, and I look forward to making every moment count with the familiar faces who have slowly become a family.”
