Terms and conditions
• Original Invoice due at 30 days from date of invoice
• Guaranteed sale only available for 90 days from date of invoice
•To take advantage of guaranteed sale, customer must notify Pacific Merchants of merchandise return and receive written approval from Pacific Merchants to either (A) switch out for faster moving merchandise or (B) customer may return goods for a full product credit towards a future order
•Customer account should remain in good standing to qualify. If original invoice becomes past due, guaranteed sale incentive will no longer be available in the first 90 days.
• 90 day guarantee sale refers to credit towards future merchandise, not a cash refund
• Program only applicable to display promotion orders.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotions, terms or incentives
• Cannot combine multiple order values to qualify. Terms must be met per order
• Stores with multiple locations can qualify for promotion per shipment, as long as each order meets the minimum requirements.
• Order writing period is good through 4/28/24, for immediate ship orders only.

• Must ship to contiguous 48 states.
• Must ship ASAP. No future ship dates.
