Third Party/Ecommerce Sites: Listing Cue products on sites (but not limited to) Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Etsy is prohibited. Cue has the right to contact such thirdparty sites to remove Cue products.
Shipping: Prices for Cue products do not include shipping costs. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are based on negotiated UPS and FedEx shipping rates. We offer freight shipment for bulk orders. Freight shipments are beneficial when a certain volume is hit, as it can reduce the cost of shipping per product ordered. We generally begin to see savings on orders of $2,000+. When we receive an order, we automatically find the most cost-effective route for shipment. If your order is more economical to ship via freight, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate this. Once we have secured the most cost-effective rate, we will proceed with shipment costs.
Locations: You shall not sell, ship, or invoice Cue products to customers outside of the United States of America without the prior written consent of Cue.
In-Store Tester Discounts: A discount is offered for full-size tester candles that will be burned in your store. Please contact wholesale@cuecompany.com for details.
Returns/Exchanges/Defectives: No returns will be accepted, other than in the case of damage, nonconformance, defects or mis-shipment; provided that in the case of damage or mis-shipment, returns shall be permitted if, and only if, reported to Cue Customer Service within seven (7) days of receipt of the applicable order. All products eligible to be returned in exchange for a refund must be received by Cue within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the above-mentioned seven (7) day period or else Cue will not be required to accept the return or refund any amounts. Shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking charge shall be billed to you for each refused or returned order, regardless of the reason for the return.
Eligibility: Cue is a wholesale company and by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. Cue has the right to terminate a partnership if any of the above policies are violated or for any other reason.
Prices and MAP Policy: Prices are subject to change without notice.
