About Us
At Candle Warmers Etc., we are passionate about blending home fragrance and aromatherapy experiences with beautifully crafted home décor. Our team of talented designers invests heavily in trend research and thoughtful product development to create pieces that are both functional and stylish. Every product we offer reflects the care, creativity, and attention to detail that define our approach to home fragrance and aromatherapy.
Our story began in 2001, when a house fire near our founder highlighted the risks of burning candles. Motivated by a desire to offer a safer alternative, he invested his family’s savings into creating the original candle warmer— forever changing the way people enjoy candles at home.
Building on that spirit of innovation, Airomé—a collection of 100% pure essential oils, elegant diffusers, and Himalayan salt products—was introduced. Thanks to the incredible response from our customers, Airomé continues to grow, offering an ever-expanding range of premium essential oils and aromatherapy solutions for a spa-like experience at home.

GENERAL POLICIES
Pricing
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Candle Warmers Etc. prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.
Orders
• Orders can be placed at candlewarmers.com, airome.com, by phone at 801.771.8650, or email at order@candlewarmers.com Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Mountain Time.
• All re-orders have a $100 minimum (exception - replacement bulbs).
New Customers/Opening Orders
• All new customers' opening orders are a guaranteed sale for 90 days from receipt of goods.
• All opening orders have a $300 minimum.
Payment and Payment Terms
• All new accounts are strictly prepaid by credit card. Customers may apply for terms after the initial order has been placed and paid.
• Invoices not paid in full by due date will assess a delinquent charge of 1.5% a month (18% annually) on outstanding amount.
Back order Policy
• While we do our best to ensure that we have enough stock on all our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we do run out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will ship any in-stock items on your order immediately. Products that are out of stock but will arrive within 21 days of your original order will be back ordered and will ship as soon as they are available. You will receive an email notifying you what products were back ordered and an estimated date they will be available to ship. Backorders that are less than $50 dollars will automatically be cancelled. Any discounts or promotions applied to the original order will also be applied to your backorder. If you want to cancel a backorder, please call Customer Service at 801.771.8650 immediately.
• Products that are out of stock for longer than 21 days will be cancelled off your order and you will not be charged for that item. You will receive an email notifying you what products were cancelled and an estimated availability date that you can re-order the item.
Third Party Marketplace Restriction
• Selling Candle Warmers Etc. and Airomé products on third party marketplaces is restricted. Customers who list Candle Warmers Etc. or Airomé products on third party marketplaces are subject to having their account suspended. IMAP and Market Place policy can be found on our website or can be requested from your sales representative.
SHIPPING POLICIES
• We normally ship orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment.
• Expedited shipping is available. Please contact Customer Service for details.
• All orders will be shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Freight Cap
• Shipping charges will be capped at 15% of the order amount on all orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged the prevailing shipping rate. The freight cap does not apply to international locations, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, or expedited shipping methods.
Refund/Return Policies
• No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization for refund.
