Terms of Sale for New & Existing Customers
The terms and conditions of this sales agreement supersede the terms and conditions of all individual purchase orders submitted to Bourbon Royalty, LLC.
By purchasing, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Minimum Order Requirements for New Accounts & Re-Orders
• To open a new account —$400
• Minimum re-order amount —$150
• Resale certificate must be provided within 30 days of opening an account. Accounts without a resale certificate on file will be subject to sales tax.
Shipping & Claims
• FEDEX is utilized for shipping services.
• All order pickups must be confirmed by both parties.
• Local pickup is available and must be requested at the time of placing your order.
• Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. Email a picture of each broken product, including the size, type, fragrance name, and outer box to orders@bourbonroyalty.com. Claims up to $100 will be credited to the customer account unless otherwise specified.
Account Terms
• All new customers are required to prepay for orders by either credit card or check.
• Existing customers are required to pay for orders as they move into production.
• NET 30 is available upon request after a 6 month relationship has been established. Late payment on open accounts may void NET 30.
• For customers with net terms, payment is required via ACH or check. Credit or debit card payments for net term accounts will incur a 3.5% processing fee.
• Accounts that become 15 days past due are subject to a 5% interest charge until the past due balance is paid in full.
• $20 fee on all returned checks.
Cancellation
• Orders canceled within 10 days of placing an order or non payment will result in a 20% restocking fee of order total.
Additional Terms
• We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of items ordered to meet the minimum ordering requirements.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• If an existing customer is ordering select collections, we reserve the right to sell another collection to a customer in the same area.
• Account activity is reviewed each quarter. We reserve the right to open accounts in the same area if your account is not active.

• Our artisan-crafted products may include variations in color, finish, and natural blemishes. We consider this part of their handmade beauty. Please keep this in mind when you order and receive our products.

• We recommend testers to boost your sales.
• One tester is available at 50% off the wholesale price when ordering 6 or more of any one product.
