Highest point of building. 7 DXB- Deluxe Balcony- Bedroom area, large bathroom and balcony. 8 DXT- Deluxe Terrace –Bedroom area, large bathroom and terrace. 3 BSU- Balcony Suite- Bedroom and sitting room area, large bathroom and two balconies. 8 TSU- Terrace Suite- Bedroom and sitting room area, two terraces and large bathroom. Suitable for one extra person/child. 4 CVS- Cliff Veranda Suite – Bedroom upstairs, sitting room down stairs, large double bathroom and large Veranda. Suitable for two extra persons/children. o All rooms have separate bath and shower units, views overlooking Ardmore Bay and all beds can be twinned or doubled according to your guest’s requirements. Family suites are also available. o Extra beds can be supplied in suites only for a charge of €70 per night incl. VAT and full Irish Breakfast. o First child up to the age of 12 years old stays free of charge when sharing the parent’s room, space permitting. Our Park View rooms are park facing, with double sash-windows and leafy views across St Stephens Green. Town House rooms overlook the back of the hotel.
