Former Lady Tiger standout Itoro Umoh averaged 5.8 assists per contest at the 2006 FIBA Women’s World Championships. The statistic led all players in the tournament, which was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil in September. Coleman recorded 29 assists in five games played as a member of the Nigerian national team. Three-time All-ACC selection Itoro Umoh had 459 career assists, placing her third on Clemson’s career list and 25th in the ACC alltime. Umoh, who was named to the ACC 5o-Year Anniversary Team, also ranks third on the career steals list with 265. Former Clemson star assistant coach Itoro (Umoh) Coleman participated in the 2004 summer Olympics for Nigeria, her father’s birthplace. She averaged 9.0 points per game in Nigeria’s five games that summer.

Lakeia Stokes became the first Clemson player in history to lead the team in scoring (17.0), rebounding (7.8), assists (100) and steals (70) in the 2003-04 season

Amy Geren
Cheron Wells
Former first-team AllACC selection Amy Geren. She made 335 of 395 (.848) attempts in her four years from the charity stripe. Geren is third all-time in Lady Tiger history with 199 made three-point field goals.
In 1991, Cheron Wells became the first Clemson player to be named to an NCAA Tournament All-Region Team when she was selected to the NCAA East Regional Team. Wells was also named to the ACC All-Tournament Team and was selected as the team MVP that same year.
Melinda Ashworth ranks 24th in in ACC history for total assists over a career. Ashworth dished out 463 assists from 1983-1986 for the Lady Tigers.

Tara Saunooke
Bobbie Mims had 617 assists in her career and is Clemson’s all-time leader in the category, a mark that still stands 26 years after the conclusion of her playing career. Mims ranks second in Lady Tiger history with an average of 4.89 assists per game. She played in 126 games for Clemson between 1976 and 1980.
Tara Saunooke made 252 career three point field goals, a Clemson record. She also holds the school record for threepoint field goals per game (2.08), three-point field goals attempted (586) and three-point field goal percentage (.430).
Julie Talley made 152 three-point field goals from 2002-2006, a mark that ranks fourth in Clemson history. Her three-point shooting statistics are also listed in the top five for three-point field goals per game (1.37), three-point field goals attempted (402) and three-point field goal percentage (.378).
Current guard Tasha Taylor ranked18th nationally with a 5.6 assist per game average during the 2005-06 season. The rank was the highest achieved by a Clemson player in history. Taylor recorded 162 assists in 29 games played. Her assist per game ratio also listed her third in the ACC for the year. Former Clemson Head Coach Jim Davis’produced nine All-ACC guards, including four-time honoree Chrissy Floyd (1999-2003). Six of the guards were honored as first-team selections with shooting guard Lakeia Stokes earning the honor most recently, named in the 2003-04 season.
SC native and four-time All-ACC honoree Chrissy Floyd scored Chrissy Floyd Laurens, 1,937 total points. She finished her career 15th on the ACC’s career scoring list and second in the Clemson career rankings. 1999-03
