FLK Taoist Tai Chi

FLK Taoist Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help both the body and the mind return to a balanced, relaxed and healthy state. Regular practice of Taoist Tai Chi arts can bring a wide range of health benefits to the muscular, skeletal and circulatory systems. The flowing movements serve as a moving meditation that reduces stress and provides a way to cultivate body and mind. Drop by any time during regular class times to join us to see what we are about. Sole Balance Therapies
