Thomas E. Richards Managing MemberAttorney and Managing Member with over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, property development, and legal services. Thomas has spearheaded multiple commercial acquisitions and redevelopments spanning across the Gulf South region. He has a profound passion for participating in economic development and growth in his community... this passion has been the driver for Clearview City Center’s major and historical redevelopment. When he isn’t writing history, Thomas enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, and boating along our famous Gulf Coast.
Tara Ledoux Chief Executive OfficerChief Executive Officer with vast experience in the shopping center/ commercial real estate industry. Tara has served multiple roles at Clearview City Center, and has been a part of the Center’s evolution for over 17 years. Since 2006, Tara has been a member of ICSC and continues to strive towards building relationships and connections with other industry professionals across the World. She is a true Francophile that has a passion for traveling and sharing her love of French culture. She is a proud military wife, and says that her two beautiful children are her greatest accomplishments.
Christina“Fammy” Rodrigue
Director of DevelopmentDirector of Development with extensive experience in Commercial Development, Construction, and Project Management. Christina, better known as “Fammy,” is an Italian-made, New Orleans lady, that says her “why” in life is none other than her family. Utilizing her Civil Engineering degree, Fammy has spearheaded a vast array of commercial projects in Southern Louisiana from medical to retail. She believes from fashion to construction... it’s all in the details.
Assistant Director of Facilities with over 25 years of professional experience. From managing a commercial and residential construction company to being an active residential real estate agent, Colleen has a vast knowledge of multiple sectors of the industry. Colleen has two sons and is a proud baseball mom. She enjoys nothing more than watching her youngest take the field, and her oldest make a career out of his passion for baseball. In her down time, she enjoys gardening and baking...shoutout to Martha!
Danny Desmares Chief EngineerChief Engineer with over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and facility maintenance.
Danny is the jack of all trades and known as Tool Man Dan! He has been a part of Clearview City Center’s management team for over 13 years and is proud to be a part of its’ evolution.
Danny has been happily married for over 30 years, and aside from building a beautiful mall, he is most proud of building his beautiful family.
Kristina Patton Finance ManagerFinance Manager with over 15 years of experience in accounting, commercial finance, property management and development. Originally from Oregon, Kristina relocated to the Gulf Coast in 2012. Since then, she has fallen in love with the South and now calls herself a New Orleanian. Kristina has a deep love for animals, all things Marvel and is a European History buff. In her past time, she enjoys cuddling her cats while getting lost in a good book, and making memories with family and friends.
