EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
FEBRUARY:
Patty Rivas has brought a positive attitude to work as server assistant in the Food & Beverage Department for the past 15 years. Born in Hidalgo, Mexico and raised in the Valley, when not working, Patty enjoys jogging, gardening, and spending time with her family, two of whom also work at PPCC.

MARCH:
Jose Acuna has been a positive and helpful teammate. Jose has helped repair the Building Maintenance cart multiple times and helped repair the Driving Range Picker cart in an emergency. All in addition to keeping all the equipment in Greens & Grounds Department running. Jose has been the equipment manager for just over a year. He was promoted when the past equipment manager of 35 years retired. We appreciate and thank Jose for all his hard work and effort to making PPCC a great place for our members and employees.

APRIL:
Daniel Daines brings a positive attitude to work as a server, never hesitating to go above and beyond. Originally from Sedona, Daniel lives in Tempe where he is currently enrolled at ASU pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Daniel enjoys hockey and serving our membership!

ALSO IN APRIL:
Emily Herring is a vital member of our food and beverage team as our dining room supervisor, she continues to exceed our expectations with her effort and professionalism. Emily was born in Maryland and received her hospitality management degree from Virginia’s James Madison University. She enjoys reading, hiking, and going above and beyond to serve our membership.
Welcome Andrew Maitrejean
We are pleased to announce that Andrew Maitrejean has been hired to be Pinnacle Peak Country Club’s new controller. Andrew has an extensive background in accounting and has previously worked at Troon in Scottsdale as a senior accounting manager and at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California as their controller. We are confident that Andrew will quickly become a member of the PPCC family and will successfully support the finance committee and the membership in his new controller role.
With the introduction of one, we must say goodbye to another. Susan Jones has been in the controller role at Pinnacle Peak Country Club since March of 2020. We are very appreciative of the hard work that Susan has done for the club over the last three years, and she will be missed. We wish Susan the best of success in all her future endeavors.
