Spanning his thirty-year career, Clayton Perlman has worked for a handful of companies. Most of them have been related to residential real estate development. A few have developed residential and commercial properties. Clayton Perlman also has experience working for trading companies in New York including a period in the 1990's where he worked as a Futures Trading Clerk. Clayton Perlman developed single and multi-family projects in New Jersey, California, Nevada and Utah.
