Kaviari produces ethical farmed caviar, as good as any wild caviar . It has close relations with carefully selected fish farms worldwide and choose the best fish and best roes. These partnerships with the farms ensure water quality and high levels of welfare. Kaviari has an unrivalled experience of the extraction, cleaning, salting and packaging processes. It chooses a long maturation period of 4-6 months for the caviar to reach perfection. Every tin is individually labelled with the origin, species and batch number to guarantee complete traceability.
