A feasibility study for a site in the middle of a new development to provide 3,000sqm of high quality but informal office space which was loose fit to enable multiple occupants. This was a quick excise to give the client an idea of what could be achieved on the site. I undertook 3d modeling of the site, produced diagrams and multiple design options to present.
