She became sales manager for Spaulding Farm in 1990. In 1998, as partner and Broker-in-Charge of Spaulding Company, Carole was instrumental in the transition from an agency marketing home sites and new homes to a fullservice real estate company. Real estate is a second career for Carole — her first job was teaching special education. She leads a team of agents whose backgrounds include everything from teaching, nursing and college coaching to corporate sales, flight attendant and active duty military. For clients this adds up to a diverse skill set that

equips Spaulding Group agents to meet their clients’ needs to ensure a smooth sale or purchase. Carole merged her accomplished team with C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® in 2009 and since that time Spaulding Group has received numerous awards on the local, state and national level. Since 2014 Spaulding Group has ranked in the top 100 agents/ teams for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices nationwide in units sold and in gross commission income. For the past 10 years her team has achieved the Chairman’s Circle, Diamond Level, awarded to the top ½ of 1% of agents and teams nationwide.
