Celebrate Christmas In the Creek At Horny Toad The Horny Toad invites the public to enjoy the bountiful Christmas spirit Saturday, December 2, 11:30am–9pm. During the Christmas event, the Toad will introduce Cave Creek Christmas Company and offer family-friendly fun: • Bring children for a visit with Santa and his elves from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Children under 12 receive a special gift from Kris Kringle. Each child’s photo with Santa will be emailed to his/her parents. Kids enjoy lunch specials of macaroni and cheese with fries or a corn dog with fries for only $3.50 between 11am and 3pm. • Visit the Toad’s new Cave Creek Christmas Company, a magical Christmas store within the restaurant. Shop and discover unique Christmas decorations for family and friends. Enjoy two pieces of The Horny Toad’s famous fried chicken, a quarter rack of pork ribs, coleslaw and fries for just $14.95 between 11am and 3pm. Also enjoy the restaurant’s award-winning strawberry shortcake for only $4 a half order. • Bring a new toy (wrapped) for a child age four to 12 and enjoy wine for only $5, Horny Toad Ale for $4 and Moscow Mule cocktails for $6 while shopping and dining. The toys will be donated to Foothills Food Bank for its Adopt-a-Family program. The establishment also will accept canned food and cash donations for the food bank. • Join the Toad’s elves for dinner that day, too. A 16-ounce T-bone steak, baked potato, veggies, garlic bread and cowboy beans for $23.95 and $5 house wine as the restaurant’s Christmas gift to adults; served 4-9pm.
