A Tree Assessment 1 was prepared in August 2012 and formed part of the original Notice of

Requirement (NoR) for establishing the CRL designations.

3.1 Fenton Street Utility Diversions

In total, seven native trees will be impacted by the need to divert the Huia 2 watermain and other utilities within the Fenton Street road reserve. These trees were planted circa 2015, after the Tree Assessment prepared for the original CRL Notice of Requirement was undertaken, and as such were not identified as part of that assessment.

The trees identified for removal are shown in Figure 3-1 and described in Table 3-1.
