4. Site Management Goals Site management goals for the Aotea Station main works are as follows: •
To ensure that the land disturbance activities associated with the works area are completed in accordance with designation and resource consent requirements.

To manage and mitigate potential risk to the health of the workers and neighbouring parties during proposed land disturbance activities.
•
To manage and mitigate potential environmental effects that may be generated because of the proposed land disturbance activities.
•
To ensure that any spoil generated for off-site disposal is managed appropriately and is disposed to a licensed facility authorised to accept such materials.
