The college works closely with employers to ensure apprentices make a valuable contribution to the workplace throughout the programme and many are offered employment contracts when they have completed their training.
Employers will benefit from a dedicated account manager - with in-depth knowledge of all relevant apprenticeships in the sector – to help with training requirements and funding applications, and also have access to a free recruitment service with staff available to support advertising vacancies, screening applicants and shortlisting candidates for interview.
And with a growing talent pool of young people looking for apprenticeships, and a fast turnaround from initial enquiry to interview, employers can be confident that they will soon have the right person for the job.
