SENIOR PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
Excursions: Refunds require a 48-hour notice. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours will only be refunded if the ticket is re-sold. A $5 processing fee will be charged. Trips are non-transferable without management approval
Drop-in Classes: No refunds after the start of the class.
Contract Classes: Refunds must be requested in writing (email, etc ) prior to the start of the 2nd class. A $5 processing fee will be charged.
Special Events: All sales are final. No refunds. Tickets to special events are non-transferable without management approval.
New Memberships or Membership renewals will only be accepted the Friday before upcoming trips to be eligible to receive a membership discount. Memberships will NOT be accepted on the day of trip registration. This helps to process registrations as fast as possible. Thank you for planning ahead!
