Maple Tree Apartments 1650 Hanson Road, 1-800-346-8581 Professionally managed by the Wisconsin Management Company, Maple Tree provides subsidized, affordable housing for seniors and disabled citizens. The complex has 14 units with locked entry, on-site laundry, custodian, community room/kitchen, elevator, and a 24emergency maintenance hotline. Pets are allowed with size restrictions. This unit is subsidized by the Dane County Housing Authority with rent based on 30% of household income. _____________________________________________

The complex has 24 units with one and two-bedroom homes. Park Vernon Apartments include all utilities, locked entry control, on-site laundry, custodian, and a 24-hour emergency maintenance hotline. Rosewood Apartments II 321 Dvorak Court, (608) 877-9388 Rosewood II Apartments have one and two bedroom apartments with two floor plans. Each apartment has air conditioning. Rent includes heat, water and sewer. The 2bedroom apartments have a pantry and washer/dryer hookups. Apartments on the third floor have vaulted ceilings. There is a combination of market-rate apartments with no income restrictions and apartments that have income limits. Underground parking is available. _____________________________________________
Skaalen Apartments 400 N. Morris Street, (608) 873-5651 Each two-bedroom unit offers a spacious living and dining area, a complete kitchen, private balcony, 1 ½ baths and security system. There is also a laundry facility and social area on each floor. One meal per day is included and residents have the opportunity to participate in weekly worship services at the Skaalen Chapel and to utilize the services provided by the Skaalen Beauty and Barber Shop. The Skaalen Apartments offer an affordable independent living option with the security of having a licensed nursing staff available as needed, 24 hours a day. _____________________________________________
