Our classes are designed to teach students self-discipline, respect for others, self-defense and how to channel their energy in a positive way. Practicing jiu jitsu also enhances memory skills, improves flexibility and physical conditioning, strengthens multi-tasking skills and improves hand-eye coordination. Help students gain confidence, learn discipline and put a stop to bullying through jiu jitsu.
