Cardio Circuit is an enjoyable, heart-healthy program designed to help you improve your cardiovascular health and muscular endurance. Workouts incorporate no-impact aerobic choreography alternating with upper-body strength workouts using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and more. You do not need to be a Silver Sneakers member to participate. Come at 10:45 a.m. and warm up with Foam Roller Release! This technique prepares your muscles for deeper stretching and movement. Let our instructor show you how to use the foam roller to loosen the tension in your muscles as well as help reduce the risk of muscular injuries. 42763 42764
