TENNIS NJTL Yellow Ball Beginner
$50/Res; $75/Non-Res For players with a range of tennis experience from beginner to high school player. During the first few weeks of tennis, coaches will assess players’ skills and place in the appropriate group to ensure progress. Program will involve drills and games to improve skills, technique, conditioning, and match strategy while having fun! Quick Start Red Ball
$50/Res; $75/Non-Res This format utilizes modified tennis balls, smaller racquets, and court dimensions to provide a successful learning experience and lots of fun for players 6-10 years old. Progression is from red, orange, green to yellow (adult) balls. Ball, racquet, and court transitions are based on a natural progression in technique, skill, athleticism, and age. TMYL Tutoring
$50/Res; $75/Non-Res *This program is NOT eligible for online discount. Todd Martin Youth Leadership’s Tutoring Program works with youth ages 6-18 to improve or maintain their academic success by providing academic support and access to online learning programs. In addition, participants will engage in life skills lessons that focus on self-management, self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. TMYL aims to provide 1:1 or 1:2 tutoring for participants. Certified educators oversee the program. The tutoring program will be offered both in-person and virtually. In-person programming will take place at Foster Community Center on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00-5:00pm, while the virtual program will include two hours of tutoring per week at a mutually agreed upon time between the assigned tutor and the participant/ family.
