MOMMY & ME FITNESS
Our goal in this program is to build confidence in your child and instill a love for the game of basketball. PEE WEE OLYMPICS Children are introduced to the world of sports through various games and activities in this fun and exciting class. PEE WEE BASKETBALL Tot athletes learn basketball fundamentals through popular children’s games, as well as other skills and drills activities. The goal of the program is to develop your child into a well-rounded payer. Coaches in the league will coach and referee the players, calling basic violations and fouls. BASKETBALL TRAINING (GRADES 4–6) This class will prepare players for the Evanston feeder programs and high school play. Focusing on skill building, coaches challenge players to perfect the fundamentals, but introduce defensive and offensive lays and player positioning. Players play full-court with subs. The 4th and 5th grade well established basketball league is a great way to have school spirit and play basketball with your friends. Coaches are volunteers from respective schools and practices are scheduled separately by coaches. The City of Evanston provides the organized games held at the Robert Crown Community Center, ChandlerNewberger Community Center and area schools. Information: 847-448-8252.
