30-MINUTE SUNRISE PILATES (18+ YRS)

This 30-minute class incorporates all the fundamentals of Pilates designed to deliver a powerful workout in a shorter period of time. It leaves you feeling great and sets you on your way to a better day! All levels are welcome. Students should bring mat and water. Class is instructed by Cristina Walski and held in Q-84.

ADVANCED PILATES (18+ YRS)

This class is for intermediate to advanced Pilates participants only. Students must possess a foundation of the 10 Pilates principles, and are interested in advancing to the next level of their knowledge and practice. Students should bring a mat. Class is instructed by Juliet Settlemier-Ivey and held in M-50. Activity #

This class concentrates on basic fundamentals and techniques of Pilates; focus on centering, correct breathing, precision, control, concentration, alignment, mobilization of the spine, and strengthening of core and periphery. Students benefit from improved trunk strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and balance. Students should bring a mat. Instructors and locations are listed below.

POWER PILATES & CORE CONDITIONING (18+ YRS)

All levels welcome! Boost core strength, flexibility, and control to gain stronger, longer, and leaner muscles. Stability balls, rings, rollers, weights and thera bands are some of the tools incorporated to help participants achieve their goals! Students should bring a mat and water.
