The firm has been in existence for approximately 35 years. Founding partner, Anthony Lagois, has dedicated the majority of his legal career to building a highly respected and recognised law firm, which Ashlee Brain has recently joined as a partner.

Anthony has considerable experience in the areas of commercial and property law and Ashlee practices exclusively in the area of family law. Together, Anthony and Ashlee have recently expanded their team to include Michelle Krestyn, who practices in property and civil litigation, John Corsetti who concentrates on the areas of property law and estate matters and Lauren Barton who, once admitted, will focus on the areas of family law and civil litigation. Anthony is capably assisted by two conveyancing clerks, Robyn Croul and Lurline Froude, who are responsible for providing efficient and cost effective assistance to clients who are buying and selling their homes or other real estate. The Law Office has embraced the concept that “people don’t want to sit across the desk from someone they can’t relate to, who talks down to them, not with them. They want to put their trust in someone friendly but professional, someone who speaks their language and listens, who knows their stuff and gets the job done” says Ashlee. The Law Office is up with the times in meeting its client communication needs using Skype and Face Time, emails and text messages in recognition of the fact that everyone is busy. “We want our clients to be able to contact us easily and vice versa. You come to a lawyer for a solution to a problem. You don’t want some long, confusing response that doesn’t tell you what you need to be doing.
