As for Ray’s business philosophy, he says, “I believe in three key elements when it comes to business: service, service, service. We pride ourselves on it, we actually believe it and live it.” “They say you can’t have the best quality, the best price and you can’t have everything, but at the end of the day I believe that if you provide a good service, you can have the other things. If you are about servicing people, then people want to talk to you and as long as people feel comfortable with you, they want to come back because they feel good and safe about you and your team.” “I’m a huge believer in if people don’t believe what I’m telling them or selling them, then you can’t have a successful business.
