1. As we conclude our time together, I think it’s important to establish a deep commitment in our hearts to God’s invitation to Be Te Light. With this in mind, what is your RSVP to God’s invitation for you?

I Corinthians 1:26 Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called.

2. We talked about how God used what was seemingly insignifcant to bring about great change in the lives of Moses, David, the poor widow, and the young boy. He used a staf, some smooth stones, two pennies, and a lunchbox! What do you have in your life, or in your hands, that you would consider weak and insignifcant? What are some of the ways God could use these areas in your life to be the rescue for others?*

*As a group I would encourage you to get creative here! Pray, share, and encourage each other in these areas of weakness. I am praying and believing that God will give you creative insight into how to use these areas to bring light to others!

1 Corinthians 1:27

But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.

3. We have learned that God can use anybody to do amazing things! With this in mind, what excuses do you need to remove from your life so you can step into the purposes God has for you?

I Corinthians 1:28

God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are.

4. At the end of the day, anything we are ever able to accomplish for Jesus –every good deed, every obedient step, every brave leap is all made possible through Christ using our weakness and insignifcance. In our last moments together as a group, can we take some time and pray for each other that God would be glorifed in our every atempt to share His light? Let’s humbly commit ourselves to be used by Him, desiring to give Him credit for every good work accomplished!

1 Corinthians 1:29

…so that no one may boast before Him.
