I want to create a pastiche of the Film Noir genre Short outline of your Creative Project

I want to create a short film. I am really interested in Film Noir and I want to try to recreate the tone and atmosphere of films like Double Indemnity (Wilder, 1944) in my Creative Project. My target audience will recognise the MICRO codes and conventions I will employ in my film. However I want to adopt a postmodern stance, by offering a pastiche of Film Noir. Instead of the traditional femme-fatale, my film will have a male-fatale and a homoerotic storyline that will subvert established Film Noir conventions.
