The Broomfield Police Department Court Security Unit offers fingerprinting to residents for the purposes of employment with the City and County of Broomfield or volunteering. COLORADO MASTER GARDENER TRAINING IN BROOMFIELD! Broomfield residents can now take the 10week Colorado Master Gardener training in a combination of online and local evening classes. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning in September. For an application or more information, email Nancy Klasky, Broomfield Master Gardener Coordinator, at nklasky@broomfield.org.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES EASY RIDE Easy Ride provides safe, dependable transportation for residents 60+ and individuals with disabilities for nutritional, medical, and personal needs. A transportation intake form must be completed prior to receiving services. Transportation must be scheduled at least two business days in advance. Out of town medical trips are available in a limited area Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Voluntary contributions are accepted in lieu of fees. CAREGIVER RESPITE PROGRAM

Are you providing care for someone 60+ in Broomfield County? Please contact Senior Services at 303.464.5529 to find out how the Caregiver Respite Program may be able to assist you with no cost, temporary, in-home services. Qualifications are based on need. This valuable program provides respite care for family members and/ or caregivers while supporting seniors the opportunity to age in place. Funding is made possible thanks to a local grant and contributions from individuals. All contributions are voluntary and confidential. If you would like to contribute, please call 303.464.5526. HANDYMAN PROGRAM

The goal of the program is to help Broomfield seniors live safely and independently. Services, which are provided by skilled volunteers, include minor home repairs and maintenance. Please call 303.464.5529 for more information. The Handyman Program is made possible by dedicated volunteers, Senior Resources of Broomfield and the generous contributions of individuals.
