November 1, 2021 Update

On October 12, 2021, the FPRA executed a lease with Incubate Neighborhood Center to occupy and manage the multi-service community hub. INC has requested the FPRA to partner in submitting a $2,000,000 grant install business and kitchen incubators in the Means Court facility. There is no financial contribution required of the FPRA or City Commission. As an occupant of the facility, Lincoln Park Mainstreet will be hosting its 6th Annual Christmas on Moore’s Creek on December 9, 2021, 9 to 11 AM. It is a drive-thru toy distribution.
