Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of its continuous process of improvement and takes action to correct any identified areas of noncompliance with standards, addressing recommendations for improvement. The administrative team convenes for a two day retreat twice yearly (January and June) to address such issues. The administrative team consists of Headmaster, Division Heads, Athletic Director, CFO, Advancement/Development, Communications, College Counseling, Admission and Business Manager.
