Erik brings more than 15 years of broad experience across the investment and corporate finance industries. As a Director at CINW, he is responsible for financial facets of the company’s strategic real estate activities with oversight over finance, underwriting, capital planning, banking relationships, reporting, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Commercial Integrity, Erik was Vice President, Finance & Head of Investor Relations for Next Frontier Brands, a private equity firm, where he analyzed and structured 8 business acquisitions valued at over $500M in aggregate and led investor relations for the fund’s sponsors and investment banking relationships. Prior to this he was Vice President, Corporate Finance at GE Capital where he originated and structured over $200M in real estate and capital equipment transactions across the US. He also spent 6 years as an equity analyst, initially providing stock recommendations to large institutional investors and later for his firm’s account at a long/short hedge fund. He began his career in GE’s Financial Management Program.
