HEMP BUILDING DIRECTORY 2022 LEADER PROFILE

Angel Romero and Arturo Amaro: Planting the seeds for the future Angel: As a second

generation builder working in stucco for 10 years alongside my father, this transition has given me new love for building in general.

What most interests you about hemp and hemp building and hemp growing and why? Angel: The most interesting part about building with hemp is watching the process break down from stalk to hurd. What challenges does the hemp building industry face that it must overcome in the next five years? Angel: Personally I

feel over the next few years the hemp industry will have to find rules and regulations to be able to teach many more young builders the correct fundamentals to help build more eco-friendly homes.
