About the Event 緣起 Cinemasports International challenges filmmakers around the world to make a short movie using the same required “three ingredients”. Final movies must be less than 3 minutes and include required 3 ingredients announced at the start of the shooting day. Submitted movies will be considered for a gala screening at Jheng-sing Street pedestrian zone in Tainan, Taiwan. Three Ingredients: Contagious Power Switch Luggage The 7th Cinemasports Universities, we have 85 films from 9 countries submitted to the event. 國際拍片運動挑戰來自世界各地的影片創作愛好者 即興創作，製作一部短片包含同樣的“三項元素” 。 最後的影片必須短於三分鐘，並且包含拍片當日所 宣布的三項元素。完成挑戰的作品部份將入選於臺 灣台南正興街廣場播出。 三項元素為： 感染性 開關 行李 第七屆國際拍片運動，共有超過85部的影片，來自 於九個國家完成挑戰送件。 所有送件的影片可於官方網站觀賞： https://cinemasports.com/event-group/7th-cinemasportsinternational-2020
Preface
We made movies during a worldwide pandemic! Someday, we may forget how crazy it was. When I saw pictures of the Taiwan screening, I was almost shocked. Life was close to normal in Taiwan, but in the USA where I live, a screening was impossible. Schools and theaters remained closed here, and we couldn’t gather in large groups. Even if we continued smiling, many of us felt the fatigue of months of isolation. Some of us even had a relative or friend pass away.
前言
Making movies can help. Creativity can keep us sane in tough times. Creativity allows us to reimagine the world. The process can liberate. During this pandemic, I hope participants of 2020 Cinemasports International experienced the magic of creativity and the power of connection with teammates and teams around the world. Congratulations to Taiwan for staying relatively safe during the pandemic, and I hope we can all make movies again soon in a safer world.

我們在世界疫情爆發的時刻完成了拍片！也許有一 天，我們會忘記這件事到底有多麼瘋狂。當我看到 台灣的播映會，真的太震驚了，台灣的生活好像跟 過去一樣正常，但是在我住的美國，這樣的播映會 是完全不可能，學校和戲院都已經被關閉，而且群 聚是被禁止的，即使我們還是保持微笑，但在這裡 很多人都因為許多個月的隔離中感到孤立無援，有 些甚至失去了親人或朋友。 創作影片可幫助我們，創造力讓我們在艱苦的時候 保持清醒，創造力讓我們能夠重新想像這個世界， 透過這個過程而得到解放。 在這場疫情中，我希望參與過2020年國際拍片運動 的朋友們，能夠體驗到創作的魔力，能夠跟來自世 界的團隊與隊員，透過這個活動連結是很珍貴。非 常恭喜台灣能夠在這場疫情中依然保持平安的生 活，還有希望我們能很快能在一個更安全的世界 中，再次一起拍攝電影。

第七屆的國際拍片運動在COVID-19的疫情期間舉 辦，意義特別的重大。即使在這樣的時刻世界好 像停止了，但夠透過電影的交流，發現我們並不 孤單。即使在國際政治困難的干擾下，台灣非常 幸運，還能夠控制住疫情，舉辦這次的播映會， 而許多國家的參賽者，也克服各種困難參加了這 次的活動，每年還是要感謝許多人自願的付出， 才能夠讓完成這樣的活動，祝福大家都能夠平安 健康，一起渡過這個困難的時刻。

The 7th Cinemasports International was especially meaningful as it was held during the COVID-19 epidemic. Even though the world seems to have stopped and lost contact, through the communication of the film, we can find that we are not alone. Taiwan is very fortunate to have been able to contain the epidemic and hold this screening in the midst of international political difficulties. Other participants from many countries have overcome various difficulties to participate in this event. Every year, we have to thank many people who volunteer their time to make this event possible. and we wish everyone a safe and healthy life through this difficult time.

Thank you for being able to participate in the 7th Cinema Sports. It felt beautiful to see students from all over the world competing in good faith on the same subject. Students, teachers, and artists have learned to communicate together through cinema sports. Next year, I dream of becoming a no virus world and participating in the Cinema Sports premiere in Taiwan. I look forward to participating in cinema sports with students in a more advanced form next year. fighting! It was an honor to participate in the 7th Cinemas Sports for the first time. I think Cinema Sports is valuable in that people from different countries have the opportunity to communicate with each other on the same topic. Through the 7th Cinemas Sports, I was able to make precious memories with challenging and creative participants. Also, I think the participating students also learned how to express the aesthetic of communication artistically in the process of making a movie. I hope that Cinema Sports will continue to develop, and I will prepare for next year’s event with great participants 제7회 시네마스포츠에 처음으로 참여할 수 있어서 영광이었습

This year is the second time in the Jury. I have been teaching children and young people to make films for 17 years. Since 2004, not only in Hungary, but also in Greece and Transylvania in South Korea. I have been organizing two festivals of my own for 17 years which are Zoom to Europe and Asia Express. So I’ve seen a lot of movies in my life. But it’s always good to see new visual thoughts from kids and young people. They also inspire me as I continue to teach film talent. It’s great to see kids make their movies every day. The film is a great experience to make and it’s good to watch afterwards.

The Kick-Off Meeting 拍片開跑日 The kick-off meeting for Taiwan teams took place on the morning of 24th Oct 2020 in Tainan and other countries participants to get together, cheer, and motivate each other right at the beginning of the filming days just before it the 10 hours film challenge starts. 台灣拍片日宣誓活動在2020年10月24日早上在台南和 其他國家舉行開跑宣誓活動，參賽者齊聚一堂，互相 加油打氣，緊接下來開始十小時的拍片衝刺。

The Opening 開幕 播映會於2020年10月31日在台南正興街徒步區小廣 場舉辦，活動開始由精彩的吉他伴奏演場，演唱歌 手蔡秉佑、曾韋翰、郭于齊，優美的歌聲中揭開序 幕。今年邀請到專業劇作家陸昕慈老師主持活動。 The screening was held on the 31th October 2020 in Jheng-sing Street pedestrian zone, Tainan, Taiwan. The event began with a wonderful guitar accompaniment and the beautiful singing of singers Bing-You Tsai , Wei-Han Tseng and Yu-Chi Kuo. professional script writer for many TV series in Taiwan.

The Gala Screening 播映會 The gala was held in Jheng-sing Street pedestrian zone , Tainan City, Taiwan. During the one and half hour screening more than 33 films from around the world were screened in the evening. 播映會於台南正興街徒步區小廣場，在約一個半小時 的播映會中，總共播映了33部來自世界各地的影片。
