TRAINING $850/month with one year contract $900/month without one year contract $950/month 90 days or less We will not accept any horses for training for less than 90 days. If an initial commitment is made for less than 90 days and it is agreed that the horse needs additional training in excess of the 90 days a credit of $150 will be given on the 4th month billing as long as the horse stays in training for the entire duration of the 4th month. If condition of horse upon arrival warrants additional feed, hay and/or supplements, the owner will be billed accordingly. There will be a $100 charge for any horse deliveries or pick-‐ups between 6PM-‐7AM. All horses must arrive with a payment for the first month’s training, a current coggins, a health certificate dated within 15 days of arrival, a copy of registration papers and a current copy of owner’s USEF and AHA membership cards (if applicable). All horses are required to be up to date on vaccinations. We require EWT, flu/rhino, Rabies, Potomac Horse Fever and West Nile Virus vaccinations. We encourage the owner to have these done prior to arrival. If not given prior to arrival or no record is provided upon arrival, Garlands will have any necessary vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian who will bill the owner accordingly. FARRIER – A signed check must be kept on file at all times at the farm for all farrier expenses. These will be secured in a safe on the premises. We will notify you when the check has been used so that a replacement check can be provided. No farrier work will be performed without a signed check on hand. ALL PAYMENTS WITH A POSTMARK AFTER THE FIRST OF THE MONTH WILL INCUR A $50 ADDITIONAL CHARGE WITH THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. THERE WILL ALSO BE A 1.5% FINANCE CHARGE ASSESSED MONTHLY ON ANY UNPAID BALANCE. IF ACCOUNTS ARE NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE ALL TRAINING WILL STOP AND HORSE(S) WILL BE PLACED ON BOARD. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ASSESSED AN ADDITIONAL 3 ½%.

Show fees will not go below stated price but may fluctuate during the show season. If not provided upon arrival, these items will be purchased by Garlands and the client will be billed accordingly. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON SHOW FEES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE ENTRIES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. Late entry fees and the postage associated with mailing late entries are the responsibility of the horse owner. Extra show charges: The following will be in addition to the above show fees: Tack stalls, groom stalls, premium stalling/barn locations, early arrival fees, layover fees, box seats, bedding, hunter braiding, golf cart/plant/furniture rentals, contract labor expenses, building supplies for lounge areas at Regionals/Nationals. Patrons packages at Regionals and Nationals will be prorated and will be acquired at Garland’s discretion.
