DEATHS Brian Baum Brian Edmund Baum, 32, of Walton, died March 17, 2012. Survivors include his wife, Traci Daugherty Baum; daughters, Jayden and Jaci Baum; sons, Justin Daugherty, Jakob, Jordan and Joseph Baum; father, Edmund F. Baum; mother and stepfather, Brenda and Mike Updike; grandmothers, Jean Shank and Charlene Baum; and brothers, Brett Baum and Kaleb Updike. Burial was in Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery, Florence. Irene Caldwell Irene Caldwell, 86, of Butler, died March 16, 2012. Survivors include her daughters, Bonnie Epperson and Jurene Bockerstette, both of Florence; brother, Elmer Jackson of Latonia; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Marilyn Cave-Ulrich Marilyn R. Trimble CaveUlrich, 67, of Erlanger, died March 19, 2012, at Villaspring of Erlanger. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons, Billy Cave of Alexandria and Brian Cave of Goldsboro, N.C.; daughters, Tia Kumar of Burlington, Dawn Harrell of Florence and Melody Miller of Latonia; brothers, Robert William Trimble and Donald Lee Trimble; sisters, Jeanette Roberta Trimble-Clark and Patricia Ann Nagel; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate.
Hubert Dunn Hubert Dunn, 81, of Burlington, died March 17, 2012, at his son’s residence. He was a millwright for Celotex Manufacturing in Lockland, Ohio, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a member of the Papermakers Union of Cincinnati and the First Baptist Church in Walton. Survivors include his wife, Allene LaMance Dunn; son, Tim Dunn of Burlington; daughter, Pam Browne of Burlington; and three grandchildren. Burial was in New Bethel Cemetery, Verona. Joyce Gillman Joyce Elaine Gillman, 63, of Florence, formerly of Winchester, Ky., died March 16, 2012. She was a member of the Northern Kentucky First Church of God in Erlanger. Her husband, Lon Gillman Jr.; and a brother, Steve West, died previously. Survivors include her daughters, Marlaine Gray and Alicia Gillman; brothers, Richard West and Gary West; three grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Burial was at Winchester Cemetery in Winchester, Ky. Memorials: The family in memory of Joyce Elaine Gillman.

Larry Pike Larry W. Pike, 66, of Florence, died March 17, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Edgewood. He was a retired auto worker for General Motors. Survivors include his wife, Julie Smith Pike; sons, Wayne Pike and Timothy Pike; and five grandchildren. Interment was at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Memorials: St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Ruth Stevens Ruth Gene Fisk Stevens, 81, of Latonia, died March 18, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Edgewood. She was a homemaker and participated in walk-a-thons and school activities. She donated to the Ruth Lyons Christmas Fund and sang with the Mother Singers. Faye Timmerman W. Faye Thomas Renner Timmerman, 77, of Ludlow, died Feb. 26, 2012, at her home. She retired from the Cabinet of Health and Family Services in 2004. She enjoyed cooking, eating out, gardening, going to yard sales and thrift stores, and traveling. Her son, Ricky Renner, and a daughter, Shelly Renner Nelson, died previously.

Kenneth Luxenberger Kenneth James Luxenberger, 73, of Erlanger, died March 19, 2012. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1956-1962, first as active duty and then as a reservist. He served as an Erlanger city councilman from 1978-1984 and with three area fire departments. He was a founding member of Cable One of Northern Kentucky and retired from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport as fire chief in 1987 after 21 years of service.
