By virtue of a judgment and order of sale of the Boone Circuit Court rendered FEBRUARY 26, 2013 the above case, I shall proceed to offer for sale at the Justice Center Building in Burlington, Kentucky, to the highest bidder, at public auction on THURSDAY, MAY 16, 2013 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or thereabouts, the following described property to-wit: ADDRESS: 8343 TAMARACK DRIVE FLORENCE, KY 41042 Group No. 1595 The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of KY, County of Boone, City of Florence and described as follows: The following described real estate, county of Boone, and Commonwealth of Kentucky, to-wit: Being all of Lot No. Eighty (80), section 3, Evergreen Farm Subdivision, as shown in Plat Book 19, Page 22 of the Boone County Clerk’s Records at Burlington, Kentucky. Being the same property conveyed to Dona E. Latimer, unmarried, from Dewey J. Kelch and Faye E.
