DEATHS Dennis Arns Dennis Arns, 69, of Verona, died Dec. 23, 2011, at his residence. He was a head patrol officer for Pinkerton Security, a member of St. Boniface and James Church in Ludlow and coached Ludlow A.C. baseball. His wife, Virgiline Arns, and sister, JoAnn Hagar, died previously. Survivors include his sons, Steven Arns of Verona and George Arns of Pekin, Ill.; brothers, Charles Arns of Forest Park, Ohio, and Richard Arns of Florence; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
